How Our Refund Policy Works

Our refund policy explains when customers can request a refund and when an automatic refund may be issued. We aim to keep every order fair, transparent, and easy to understand.


1. Before Order Completion

Customers may request a refund before their order has been completed. Once an order is fully completed and delivered, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Incorrect Order Information

If your order contains incorrect details, such as the wrong server, character name, or other required information, our team will contact you, usually by email, to request the correct details.

If we are unable to reach you or do not receive the required information, a full refund may be automatically issued.

3. Order Cannot Be Completed

In the rare case that an order cannot be completed within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued. Our team will always work to resolve the issue first, but if completion is not possible, your payment will be refunded.

4. Fraud Checks or Payment Review

If our payment processor flags a card payment as potentially fraudulent or places it under review, we may contact you to confirm payment ownership before processing the order.

If the requested verification information is not provided, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been processed, it may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

After the refund is issued, we will send you an email with the relevant refund details so you can track it with your bank if needed.

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are usually processed within a few minutes, but in some cases, they may take up to 3–4 hours.
