Delivery Time Information
In most cases, delivery takes only a few minutes. You can view the estimated delivery time for each game and server before placing your order. Please note that this time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
In fact, most orders are delivered faster than the estimated time. However, in certain situations, delivery may take closer to the estimated timeframe or slightly longer. These situations include:
1) High Order Volume
When multiple orders are being processed at the same time on the same game and server, deliveries are handled in the order they are received.
For example, if one order is placed at 21:00 and another at 21:02 on the same server, the order placed at 21:00 will be delivered first.
2) Advanced Currency Filtering System
Our Advanced Currency Filtering System may occasionally extend delivery times. While this is already factored into the estimated delivery time shown on each game and server, high demand can cause newer orders to be processed slightly later.

3) External or Unpredictable Factors
Certain external factors cannot be predicted or included in the estimated delivery time, such as:
Game server restarts or maintenance
Unexpected in-game changes
Minor operational issues within our gaming houses
